CESSATION:

This User Agreement and the granted license rights shall persist unless terminated or canceled for any of the following reasons:

• Promptly by Gold Nest Research for any unauthorized access or use by you.
• Promptly by Gold Nest Research if you assign or attempt to transfer any rights granted under this Agreement.
• Promptly if you violate any other terms and conditions of this User Agreement.

Termination or cancellation of this Agreement will not waive any rights or relief to which Gold Nest Research may be entitled, whether at law or in equity. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, reverting to Gold Nest Research. The access fee for Gold Nest Research is non-refundable, irrespective of the cause for cancellation or termination of this User Agreement.

LEGAL JURISDICTION:

This agreement’s terms are solely rooted in and governed by Indian law. Users expressly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Indore, INDIA, for any disputes arising from or related to the use of this website.
